Robin has been dating Megan for 10 years and they have 2 beautiful kids together. They came to Pigeon Forge for a small mini vacation. While Robin was in town he wanted to propose to Megan. He called me a few days before he arrived and we tossed around ideas about how and where he should ask her to marry him. We decided to go to Gatlinburg to do the session and he wanted to do it next to the river.
When he arrived, he tried looking for the place I told him about and couldn’t find it, so we had to someone sneak in front of them and he followed us through the national park. When we parked our car, it started to rain and we was like “OH NO!”
We secretly followed them around for awhile and then he finally asked her. It was so sweet! I love looking at the little girl’s face all through the pictures. Her expressions are so cute. She looks about as surprised as Megan was.
Megan was shaking and in shock and here we go snapping pictures. I can tell she is trying to gather her thoughts.
I am so happy we was able to capture such a sweet moment and I am so happy that Robin thought to hire a photographer to photograph this event.
My husband came along with me since he was off work and I have a camera that takes video as well as pictures. He videoed the proposal and we got some cute stuff to help them remember the moment.
