A few days before this session I got a phone call from a girl that told me their photographer wasn’t going to be able to make it to this couple’s wedding. She was really needing someone to photograph them. The sweet lady that called me was Amber’s best friend. She came to their rescue and helped take care of such an important part, the memories of their wedding day!
Jay and Amber got married in a small church in Gatlinburg on Halloween. The original plan was to walk through downtown Gatlinburg and take pictures with all the harvest and fall decor, but not considering all the tick or treaters walking around, I recommended we go into the mountains and take some pictures with the leaves and cabins up there. I am so happy we did because I think the pictures turned out great. The leaves were so amazing and I know Amber loves fall.
My favorite thing was when Amber took off her blue heels and put on her chucks. She was such a care free bride. I love that!
I loved listening to Amber tell me the story of how they met and all the details that made up their love story. Weddings can be big or small but they all accomplish the same thing, becoming husband and wife! They are a good looking couple and I am so happy I was able to share in it. I wish you both many years of marriage and I hope to see you again!
