I love being a photographer and capturing all kinds of memories and surprises! This family came from different states and got together to celebrate Christmas. They wanted to have a photo session since they don’t get to see each other much. Emily decided to take care of the booking.
She emailed me months ago and was very excited to do this. After booking, she found out she was pregnant with her 2nd child! She was so excited, but didn’t want to tell anyone until the photo session. While waiting for their family vacation, she even found out the gender of the baby!! I couldn’t image keeping this to myself for 4 months!
Once the day came, we took group shots, individual families, kid photos, all kinds of things.
During the last photo, I handed Emily the sign and then had everyone to raise their hands and then I said “EVERYONE SAY EMILY’S PREGNANT” The looks on their face was priceless! It was a great surprise.
She then had everyone to pick a gender they thought the baby would be. Once they decided they grabbed a color silly string can. Once it was revealed, the ones that got it right, they got to spray the others.
IT’S A BOY!!
It indeed turned into a silly string fight!
This was such a fun family session and I loved all the ideas and effort they put into this!! I hope you guys have a healthy little boy! Thanks for letting me be apart of this life event.
