This was such a cute proposal. It was very clever and very well planned. Casey and Leah traveled to Gatlinburg with her family. To get Leah out of the house Casey had them to run to Walmart real quick. As soon as they left, The family started setting out candles and getting the place set up. Casey made her a special video of their lives together. He had video of her family and him reading scripture to her. SO sweet.
When they arrived, we all hid. She started crying and definitely knew something was going on. After she saw a certain part of the video, I came out from hiding and started snapping away. They had a BEAUTIFUL proposal.
Another surprise was his family was there and were watching up from the top with everyone else. They also had a few gifts for her to open. She got a beautiful photo, a t-shirt with her new initials on it. Then she received the best gift of all. Her sister knew she wanted to get married at the certain venue and went ahead and booked the date. She knows you can’t do that for everyone but her sister knew she would LOVE it!! She opened it up and was so happy and excited!!
I then got to spend a few minutes with the newly engaged couple and their families. It was such a special evening.
