Jon and Kendra had such a beautiful wedding. They had the whole family travel to Cades Cove for their cute primitive wedding. We all got hung up in traffic on the way in, due to a bear being on the side of the road and everyone stopping to take a photo. Luckily, we all arrived around the same time and in plenty of time before the wedding.

This church is down a dirt road off the main road. It is pretty private back there. They had the church decorated so cute.

Their ceremony was super sweet. They had a few tourist peek their head in but no one came in. That would have been awkward. It was pretty dark in the church with of course no electric lights. It made for their candles to really shine.

After the wedding, I got to spend some extra time with the couple and take more fun photos around the area.  We did some in the church then off we went to explore.

We then stopped at one of my favorite short cuts, Hyatt Road. It is so pretty with the dirt road, mountains all in one place.

Dan Lawson Place is so pretty with their old homes and barns in the area. The sun was starting to set as well for us. I love getting some sun flares in the photos.

Not only did we see Bears, but deer and turkeys. It’s always exciting to see the wild animals. No matter how many times I see them, I try to get a photo.

Our last stop was the Carter Shields Cabin. It is the cutest cabin in the whole park. I love how small and quant it is.

Thanks for asking me to be a part of your wedding day. I loved being your photographer and getting to know you two. Have a wonderful marriage!
